Speak to a specialist
The calculators and guides are built to answer your question on their own, and for a lot of landlords they do. This page is for when you want someone to take it from here.
What this is
An introduction to an independent tax professional who works with landlords in your state. They are not us. They run their own practice, they answer to you, and anything you agree with them is between the two of you.
What it costs
Nothing, and there is no commitment. You are not signing up for anything by asking, and you are free to speak to them once and never again.
What happens next
- You tell us your situation and your state — roughly what you own, and what you are trying to decide.
- We look for a professional who handles that kind of question in your state. If we don’t have anyone suitable, we will tell you so rather than pass you to someone who isn’t.
- They contact you directly. Whether you take it further is entirely your call.
What we do with your details
We pass them to the professional we introduce you to, and to nobody else. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to anything you didn’t ask for. The privacy page sets out what we hold and how to have it deleted.
We may be paid a fee by the professional for making the introduction. It costs you nothing and it does not change what the guides or calculators tell you — see the terms.
Ask for an introduction
Email us with your state and a line or two about your situation, and we’ll take it from there. No commitment or fee required.
